Serious Game | The milk factory
The milk factory is reorganizing. Everything is in order until a news report exposes a case of internal fraud, resulting in an upsurge of media attention for the reorganization with some of the media taking an extremely critical and negative approach. Will the milk factory be able to maintain its good reputation or will the sales of its milk drop?
Goal
You start at the milk factory and experience what is involved in reputation management and limiting reputational damage. Competencies which participants will be trained on are: Decision making, situational awareness and sensitivity, risk communication and dealing with the press.
Participants and duration
The serious game is suitable for groups of 12 to 25 people. The duration of the game including the introduction and conclusion (evaluation) last around 4 hours.
