Serious game in negotiation and persuasiveness

You enter a political arena, where ministries, municipalities, members of parliament and the media, all with their own interests, are involved with a acute police problem. Insights differ and the stakes are high. Will you be able to recognize problems at the onset? Will you succeed in finding support for the solutions which you present towards the problem.

Goal

You learn to look at negotiations from different perspectives as well as learn to recognize the influence your posture and behavior has. This serious game also gives insight into the way your colleges deal with political and administrative sensitivity.

Participants and duration

This serious game is suitable for groups of 18 to 25 people. The duration of the game including the introduction and conclusion (evaluation) last around 4 to 5 hours.
